Been a very, very satisfied client of Gigapros for nearly 4 months. They have serviced my site, helped me with website problems, assisted us with when we goofed up the website, helped with marketing and various problems with computers. In all these months, they have been readily available promptly for assistance. They never have overcharged us and they look out for our interests.

Nice host with helpful techs.
The fact is, Gigapros has some of the best customer support I've ever encountered. They're awesome, fast, and thorough. In fact, I never waited more than an hour, even when submitting support tickets at 6 in the morning on a weekend. They've provided more than what I need.

Affordable hosting service.
This is my 1st domain and I had to seek tech help 3 times via phone and chat. Gigapros was able to correct my mistakes and walk me through the process and explain so easily that I will be able to do it myself in the future. I paid only $140 for a year of hosting, and they taught me something new! For anybody who is contemplating using these guys all i can say is if the rest of them are anything like Nick dont hesitate, join up right away because i am convinced.

Reliable provider!
Since moving to Gigapros i have had nothing but peace of mind. They seem to appreciate how much our success depends on them delivering the goods. When I contact support the reaction time is awesome and the way these people are willing to work with/for you is amazing. Nick from the live support area was absolutely fantastic i cant praise him enuogh. I asked question after question for almost an hour and Gigapros answered all of them and in plain english as i am very new to website, domains and hosting etc.

The chat help is fantastic and I have been very impressed with how quickly they have responded & helped. They could not have been more helpful. I was lucky when I found them. Nice vps accounts.
I've used Gigapros web hosting for more than five months for my clients' websites. When i get all the things cleared, Gigapros support replied to all my questions, i have decided to order vps account. After i purchased an account they then set it up the account immediately.. but the good thing there is they are going to transfer my sites to my ssd vps hosting account as much a possible.. then after a few hours all my site are setup all necessary actions needed for my sites have been done.
