This web host has been great; I started with Gigapros in July 2023. I haven't had to use customer service very often but I always get a reply. It used to be slower but now I receive replies sometimes within minutes. Just read the terms of service before signing up. Well done.

This host has been incredibly easy to use, very helpful and oh so cheap. Gigapros web panel they developed is very easy to use and intuitive. They give you features for which you can get familiar with in time when your ready to get serious.

Gigapros works hard to stay competitive.
When I came up for renewal in August 2023, Gigapros support team has helped to do it. As others have mentioned, they regularly increase disk space without increasing charges. In fact, they have decreased costs for a number of features in the time I've been with them; my sense is that they work hard to stay competitive with other hosting services.

I can't possibly rave about them more. I've always been frustrated by hosting in the past. Not with Gigapros. Uptime and support have been excellent - they actually answer their emails, and within a few minutes! Cant quibble about the price either. Recommended!

Nice customized control panel.
I've been using Gigapros vps hosting for more than 2 months and dare say I'm impressed with their services, servers don't have downtime at all, they are well-administrated and monitored. Great value for money - prices are incredibly low and offering much resources. They have a customized control panel to configure and control all aspects of the website.

Although this is a personal site and intended for family and friends, I do not have a lot of traffic. However I do enjoy the unlimited space since I have lots of stuff to backup, so I can just create a private folder and backup my software / photos there.
