Very convenient.
The few times I've need customer service they were always available quickly and went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. Gigapros price point is very reasonable for the features, performance and they offer an good free bonuses as well. I will continue to use and recommend to others. These guys are professionals and their service is based on quality - this can be seen in their good network uptime, fast speed connectivity to my website around the whole globe, 24/7 customer support service that is helpful and polite. Scripts install with 1 click - it is very convenient.

Nice professionals, Thank you for the good hosting.
So far, I've never encountered any problems with this except for that one single time where there was a downtime which was immediately resolved in a matter of 10 minutes. So far, I have not had any problems with them. Good service. I use the site to run my business and check email on it everyday, and Gigapros network performance is about as fast as any of the other services out there, but for about half the price. Excellent.

Top Notch web hosting service.
I have never had more fun spending my hard earned money. Gigapros has the best customer service I have ever experienced from any hosting provider, ever. Their prices are very reasonable, your software makes running multiple web sites an absolute breeze and on top of all of that, your servers are-fast-and-chock full of features. I wouldn't dream of hosting my web sites anywhere else! It's been just Top Notch and Excellent. I have tried quite a number of hosting services before, had miserable and frustrating experiences. But with Gigapros, its been a breeze.

The price is great!
There was one issue when a server had problems and the support response was rather slow until we called them directly. Gigapros team has definitely helped ultimahosts worldwide expansion. The speed is amazing, very reliable, the support is fantastic (we needed a server reset, they done it within 20 minutes), the price is great! It's very hard to over state how good these guys really are. The provider I have been working for has switched all of their hosting over to Gigapros in the past few weeks, the reason? There's nobody better out there. Might upgrade to a root server soon and I will definitely stay with them. Can't fault these guys!

You know, guys, everything has only ever been good and I do recommend Gigapros provider! I tend to read small prints when I sign a contract so have never been surprised by the fact that hosting usually costs a little more from the second year on (it's still cheap!). I understand that if you want to make a really elaborate website, there are better options - but for me and my small business, it more than suffices.

Great speed and helpful techs.
One of my site is a phpBB forum discussion board, 2nd one is Wordpress and the 3rd one is personal site with images and video with my family and me. The uptime impressed me, no outages at all and speed connection is really cool - pages upload really fast. Use Gigapros business shared hosting I must say I'm impressed with this hosting provider. Response time on tickets is fast, needed a few times some help and they fixed everything for me. Recommended.

Honest people, fast servers.
The bottom line is I could not have done it without the incredible customer service of Gigapros. It is as good - oh let's be honest - it is the best I have ever experienced. It did not matter if it was 3 am or 3 pm - and usually it was 3 am - but staff members like Alex and Nick and all the rest were there to walk you through every step and answer every question. And all the time giving you the feeling they had all the time in the world.

Good host for my personal projects.
I've always had prompt and helpful service from Gigapros in my personal projects, so I recommended them to my company when we started building a new site. We launched that yesterday, migrating our website over from another provider while keeping our mail servers with the other guys. The domain records stayed with the other guys, and we had issues configuring them. Techs replied fast and solved all the problems appeared. Thanks a lot for a good hosting service. Steady so!

No issues with them.
Fully impressed with the speed and uptime. Gigapros hosting provider has been nothing more than awesome. It has been working fine for my website - always online. The customer tech care service is the best out there, all their live chat agents are extremely knowledgeable, and they always resolve any issues I have with my hosting. I've never had any issues with them. Very recommended!
