Overall great hosting experience
I highly recommend Host4Geeks, my experience with them has been very pleasant. I have Reseller Web Hosting from them, paying 20.95$ for Unlimited 100 cPanel accounts, with a Dedicated IP.

THE WORST
I was with all kind of hosting companies, and in 9 years, this hosting company is THE WORST. Servers(when they work) aren't so bad, but arrogant support which do not have basic knowledge is something what define this company. The site now loaded in 29 seconds as compared to 6 seconds. Host4geeks blamed bad optimisation... Be aware.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, slow server, a lot of down times, high Waiting (TTFB), a lot of Connection timed out, and I was pre paid for 3 yr and Host4Geeks can't guarantee the satisfaction of customers et no refund is possible.

Quick Respon and very helpful with the information I need
Host4geeks need to repair email to ticket system. It often fails to do that. So when I reply the ticket from my email, it does not show at ticket list and do not update the ticket status. It is not good, since I have to reopen client area to check it.
