Worst Ever
Been with HFW for years with a reseller account. Today HFW is the worst. No whm cpanel access, no phone dial tone, no chat. With the service as bad as it is I migrated all sites to a different hosting company.

Catastrophic server failure
Over 10yrs with virtually no problem until ownership change (from what I understand) and accompanying server migration just before 12/24/17.
Support overwhelmed. Websites offline. WHM and cPanel passwords reset but not sent to webmasters, IP issues

scam service
they shut down 3 vps, lost tons of money and clients
now they are out of business

Please do not hire this service.
He has a lack of absolute responsibility with his clients.
No tickets respond
They do not answer phone
They do not respond to messages on social networks.

HFW is tanking!
Absolutely unprofessional the way they are handling the crisis they are under. I have been with them for over 10 yrs they had issues b4 but I stuck.
My site is down since Dec 30 and they won't answer tickets, can't call and they ignore emails. Stay

Hostforweb has left the building
$1000s of dollars in lost business from "infustructure upgrades" that failed. No communication, no updates, hidden facebook complaints, no answer to phone calls, live chat or tickets. Probably 100s of other customers in same boat. Disgraceful.

Hostforweb seems to be tanking!
Generally performed well until last week. After 'scheduled' maintenance needed IP updates! Can't find a shared server. Keep putting tickets in - VPS back after many days. Will start looking to move off of this service, as it is now proven unreliable.

in 1st of jan 2018 their server are down
they are not the american company they are from Russia or Ukranian
before that about two weeks ago they changed dedicated server again and all of their accounts had downtime .

Avoid at all costs incompetent service
Been with HostForWeb since 2004, a few issues, downtime, incompetent support but stuck with them. Had short notice of maintenance 22nd Dec now 26th Dec no service for 65 clients, 12-24 hrs response. AVOID! I'm moving as lost clients, costing me big time!

Good in Normal time , Horrible in Big problems
level 1 support is little weak , level 2 support is good
In normal time , servers is running good , and their support is ok.
In big problems like what happened in the past weeks , support disappears , and whole sites are down for many days !
