Phone Service is a Joke. They handle all real technical support via email. I went to GoDaddy.com who walked me through all my needs without a single issue. If HostfroWeb would simply communicate directly i would probably still be with them.

Use the rservice more than 7 years. At the beginnning that was great but now service going down. Support is not competented (only LEVEL 3 can audibly answer) I going to hange hosting company.

HFW have always been willing to go above and beyond my expectations. Having been a customer since 2007 we have only had a few minor hiccups and HFW has always been very helpful in resolving them.
