Blunt and unhelpful
I know I bought a budget hoster and that is what I got. Short, unhelpful, and basically rude tech support when any email sent to me was lost in a void for 4 days. They say it isn't their fault. There is no easier line in the world. I need solutions.

Steps to upload Publisher files to website
Dominique was very helpful walking me through the steps I needed to take in order to upload files created in Microsoft Office Publisher to the ftp site. He was very knowledgeable and clear on guiding me through the process. Thank you!

Moving Domain Name
The person helping me was extremely responsive. For a full evaluation, I will need to wait to see if all the information or codes come through so I am able to move my domain name back to Portland.
