Great Customer Service
Since I am no expert in web hosting & design, had a few hiccups including WordPress plug-ins completely screwing up my site and locking me out of admin access. Not only is customer service prompt, they have bailed me out a couple times. Thanks InMotion!

Very Pleased with InMotion Hosting
Their sitebuilder is easy and manageable for a nonexpert like me, and when I do have a rare question, their CSRs are, friendly, knowledgeable, polite and don't talk down to me. InMotion is reliable, and the price is excellent. Very Happy Customer!

Exceptional Customer Service
I have had an account with InMotion Hosting for four years. It is rare that I have to call them for help, but whenever I have they have provided exceptional customer service. These folks are knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues.
