Still waiting
My most recent problem has been bounced around and I am still waiting for an answer two weeks later.
Another problem I've had is with billing. Almost every month I get a notice "This is you second notice," but when I check, there is nothing wrong.

Been a customer of InMotion since August 2010 and I've found that their technical support has been prompt and courteous each time I've used them. So much so that I've now upgraded my hosting to VPS which was transitioned smoothly.

Trying it on for size... Not quite sure
New vertual server.. I am finding the curve steeper than expected. I utilize on site support documents and published questions. I am finding a disparity between what is referenced on site and what I have been given programmatically adding to confusion.

InMotion is Solid
I use InMotion VPS hosting along with web design and support services. Compared to the large hosting provider my company used before, InMotion is solid. Knowledgeable personnel can be found in design group, tech service very solid, don't nickel & dime me.
