Service has been fine except servers being down a couple of times. Seems expensive for the service but havent looked elsewhere to comapare

Not user friendly at all
I found In Motion too difficult to use. I am not web savy at all when it comes to maintaining my website. The initial set up was difficult, changing and maintaining my website was difficult. In fact, I don't think I ever had it up.

memcache installation

It can be better...
If you need to host your own small web page for small amount of money then inmotion hosting is for you, but for any really serious bussines work you can find better. Every couple of months server is down, everything is slow.

Problem quickly resolved
Was having trouble connecting Dreamweaver to my cPanel. The help I got was solid - talking through my (pretty silly) errors. All other difficulties I've had have been searchable on the site - very impressed.
