Apex has hosted my Minecraft server for many years now and has always been reliable at a great price for the level of quality and support they provide.

Best hosting money can buy.
I have had a server with Apex now for about two years. The service has been fantastic. Anytime you need Live Chat they are there and very helpful with no wait time. Other hosts seem to read from scripts but everyone here is extremely knowledgeable.

Great Service/Support
No complaints with Apex Minecraft Hosting. You get what is advertised, best support around, amazing hardware, no downtime. Any complaints I have seen seem to be regarding technical issue not relating to the service itself.

Amazing customer service
Their prices aren't the lowest ones in the market, but every penny is worth it. Their LiveChat is instant, they take your chat in less than a minute and resolve every issue immediately. Performance is great with the correct amount of RAM, amazing.

They took my money even though I had canceled my server ages ago, just found out they're taking money from me still... am hoping they give it back to me unless I wanna die... not a good service :((( plus lag

I can host a better server...
Well I bought 1GB plan and placed my world that I have been hosting for me and my friends with my laptop while playing on my gaming pc. My laptop outperformed their server by a mile... All I wanted was lag free 24/7 server for me and 5 other people...

Constantly Down and No Support
Out of the time I had my server it was up maybe 20% of the time and when I submitted a ticket they told me it was a chunk error and to fix it myself but after spending hours trying it was just a server error on their end. Awful servers and awful support.

Awesome host.
I really love my server with Apex. It is a great value and they always have support staff available to help with issues anytime during the day or night time or just to talk if you have any specific questions that need to be answered.
