Apex Minecraft Hosting has extremely quick turn around for any ticket I have submitted to them for help. As I am not that well versed in setting up servers they have helped me install or done it themselves several different mod packs to play. Good folks

Shared hosting, but worth it!
l like that live chat is an option. I can always live chat if there is a small problem, but when there are no support, I can always submit a ticket, so I think Apex has really done well in those areas.

Review of Apex MInecraft Hosting
I have been hosting with Apex for over a year and a half now. Throughout this entire time i've had 0 problems with this host. There servers are always online. I've been stuck with some plugins before but they where able to help me very quickly.

I really love my server with Apex. It is a great value and they always have support staff available to help with issues anytime during the day or night time or just to talk if you have any specific questions that need to be answered.

Absolutely one of the worst services around
So the problem is they don't do anything but take your money, they are really good at that. They charged me for a server they terminated. They never backed up the server so when it crashed on their end we had to restart. absolutely non-existent service.

Really bad.
Friends and I decided to pitch in for a server. Lasted about a day, then the next time we logged on, it was a completely different world with a random weirdo in it. Turns out, the ip for the server is the same as from prev. owners. Waste of money and crap

two words - lag city
laggy, support staff are arrogant - 'take it or leave it' - no attempt to help isolate where issue may be occurring - would not recommend

Avoid like the plague
Persistent problems from day 1 with the server. Any problem that I brought to their attention all they wanted to do was reinstall and try again and address the next problem rather than fix it.
Shoddy customer support. Avoid at all costs.

Frustrated - arrogant support, overcharged me
Service was ok for a while...began to develop problems connecting. While investigating (unrelated) discovered I had been double billed for almost a year. Asked for a refunds, request denied by owner - left $130 out of pocket...I don't recommend!
