Good server host, BUT...
When hosting my server through these guys, I was a first-time owner. Their control panel and website was easy to navigate and provided what they advertised for, albeit in the priciest way possible: A minecraft server. Nothing exceptional happened with them, minimal lag -- but I gave Apex such a harsh rating because of their customer "support" team.
I'll be the first to admit it - I'm not the most tech savvy out there. I don't expect a lot of people would be if they ask for support through Apex , right? Doesn't matter what kind of question you ask them, they always would reply in a condescending manner, treating you like an idiot. Way to embrace the stereotype that I.T "specialists" are rude and stuck-up.
