Customer Service
So I was trying to make a modded server because it was my first time, but I would always end up running into problems. So I decided to use the customer service feature and I get connected in less then 30 seconds to Elías Enamorado. I ended up talking with him for almost 2 hours constantly reconnecting to him and he wouldn't even mind. He helped me with my problems and managed to get my server up and running. If I could tip him money I would but this is the best thing I can do. You are a living legend my dude. 11/10

I purchased a server without knowing what I was getting into (setting up permissions and plugins) and I honestly seen this as a huge wall to overcome, but thanks to the incredible support and plethora of information Allan was able to give to me it went from something I had no idea or hope of handling into something I could be confident in.

Instant Server with awesome support
Just switched from Nitrado to Apex Hosting and I'm impressed.
Prices are good and the server was instantely ready to use. Mods were installed in no Time.
After one mistake on my side I thought I lost my world but the tech support helped within seconds!
