Amazing service. Aaron was amazing even from all the way in Australia. It was almost mind blowing how incredible the service was. Quick and efficient with immediate question answering and actions take. Perfectly guided and hell for a in-service member like me, I don't have too much time on my hands so this was the best thing I could have asked for. Aaron, if all of your colleges can meet these standards then the whole place must be a good send. Premium price, premium server. Apex is more expensive than a LOT of other server hosts out there. You can expect to pay good money for a 8gb or higher server, topping out anywhere above $50 per quarter. HOWEVER, what you lose in your bank account you will find makes up for ten-fold in reliability and support.
Server uptime is impeccable, reliable performance and low latencies are common, if not expected. If you do so happen to have an issue with your server, Apex has a live chat system with VERY polite and helpful administration. If live chat isn't available, a representative will respond to your ticket in under a day (usually), something hard to find in many server hosts.
Preinstalled plugin packs and mod packs are available for your server, taking a major stress of plugin/mod setup off of your back allowing you to actually prepare your server for public use.
Dedicated IP addresses are very low cost, with MySQL and FTP support included in the plans. Proxy servers are also very low cost, allowing multi-server owners to host all of their servers under the same panel with tied in SQL support.
For an extra $5 you can purchase plugin support, where staff from apex hosting will actually help you firsthand configure your server plugins to perfection.
This is a host that heavily prioritizes customer support, which is what I think will make them stand out over other well-established hosts. This is definitely worth the money.

I wish all hosting companies were as responsive and reliable I've been dealing with a lot of server hosting companies the last few months, setting up new servers for Minecraft, WordPress, and some other net services I had to set up. I wish that every one of the companies I was dealing with was as good as the Apex guys. Every time I hop onto live chat there's a real human there (I recognize the names now, I even know how they're doing in COVID lockdown) and the problem is solved right away. They're never rude when I ask a noob console question. For comparison, I spent more than 2 hours trying to get a sever configured properly on Bluehost yesterday, and it's still not fixed. But everything I needed Apex to do, they did within minutes.
