Best host ever!
I love ApexMinecraftHosting so much! Apex is such a good, cheap & helpful host, and I am going to use Apex as long as I am playing this game. Every time I need any help or got any questions, I get all the help that I need and my server is running 24/7 & is even DDoS protected!! Everyone, go use ApexMinecraftHosting!

That random server company that gives you a non-working server
I spent some money on an Apex Mc server and tried to install some mods. At the sight of the "internal server error" message, I talked to live support to help me. But they were less than useful in helping me, after the hours I tried and suggestions they gave me, I found myself with money down the drain and a server that I can't join. Long story short, I refunded the server, which took a whole other month to cancel and refund. Don't buy this server with a debit card in case these greedy fellows don't want to refund you.

Bad reviews are being down voted
If you look at every bad review it says "7 out of 32 people found this helpful" or just a crazy high number of people who didn't find this helpful which makes no sense how would you not find a bad experience helpful.
Its not just 1 or 2 bad reviews it is EVERY BAD REVIEW it is getting puts as not helpful. The staff and trusted Apex Host people are doing this. That is just some crazy dictatorship type stuff going on.
I just felt I needed to say that. This post will probably say 0 out of 45 people found this helpful but I know some smart people will see this and understand what I'm saying.

Horrible
I pay 40 dollars a month for 10 gigabytes of RAM but when I have 3 players on my server I get a tps of 9? And then they wouldn't fix it so I said I was switching hosts on their Discord and then they banned me. Horrible customer service.

Best server service ever used
I LOVE APEX HOSTING, they have near immediate response times, listen to the people, dont act like robots behind a screen like some people, and can even do things that you didnt directly ask but implied with and do it, with a low low cost. Its an amazing service, and i will be sure to stick with them.

Ok, I guess
I used Apex Hosting for a month or two at the start of 2020. It was fine, overall, if a bit pricey.
However, I accidentally let the payment lapse at the end of February, due to some real life business getting in the way. I decided that I would copy all the server files to my computer to save them for later, for when things clear up and we want to get back into Minecraft.
The control panel wouldn't let me download anything, since my subscription had lapsed, so I submitted a support ticket instead. However, Apex customer support refused to send me the server files without paying them for another month of service. I guess two months of ~$50 wasn't enough for them to care.
So, while I GET IT, no sense sepnding effort on someone who isn't actively paying you money and all that, I can't condone giving so little of a shit that you won't take the presumably minimal effort it would take to get someone their world file, and instead hold it hostage for another payment.
I do not recommend using Apex Minecraft Hosting after this negative experience.

Im realy surprised!
Ive started creating a minecraft server for the first time now and its realy easy with Apex MC Hosting. The server is pretty fast and the support is incredibly fast ! ... they have 24/7 live support and they have always helped me (on many different problems that ive caused on the server due to my lack of knowledge...
They are pretty awesome and i would recommend them to everybody ^^

Best Hosting Ever
I'm a new start up owner for a new server for a group of friends and the support agents are super duper helpful for new players! It's highly recommended if you're a new owner and plan to start off with this host as it provides detailed and sufficient support!
