Avoid Apex Hosting like you're social-distancing...
Stay away from this website at all costs, any plethora of good reviews you are seeing are from fake accounts that they paid for. Customer Service is awful, the business is extremely shady. They claim they offer a 7 day refund if you cancel your server within that time-frame, but it's just a bold lie. Even if you are within the 7 days they will give you every excuse under the book to refuse your refund with hidden "policies". They'll mark your tickets as answered and leave no reply in hopes you just forget or give up. I'll conclude my negative review with the fact that there are other MC Hosting websites that are offering FREE services that Apex normally charges for. Save your money and a headache, avoid this service like the plague.

Apex is the absolute best company ever. The technician support is amazing! I am not a computer savvy person. I will admit that they are probably tired of all the tickets I have submitted because I have no clue what I am do, but with their help everything works out. They need more than 5 stars!!

im a bit of a noob when it comes to owning a server, when i got my first one it was with apex, i knew nothing about anything, they always take the time to walk me through step by step, they provide helpful links and wait until you have watched them to ask if they can help with anything else, they have helped me resolve so many things, as far as value for money goes, i think it is by far one of the best services i have paid for!

Extremelly recommended
I recommend Apex Hosting with no single doubt. I had a server during two years, and along the way problems appeared in the middle. I have to day that my experience with minecraft servers was not big (actually was my second server) and Apex team helped me a LOT. Always answering all the questions and helping in all matters. In addition, there is no problem with billing at all, crystal clear and with no games.
100% recommended, and for sure the one I will use for my future comebacks to minecraft.

Amazing service
I went to technical support because I could not figure our how to upload my previous minecraft world to the server. I got in contact with a guy named Aaron and he was hands down one of the beset support people I have dealt with before. He was very nice, patient, supplied many solutions, never rushed me, and dedicated to figuring out the issue. He was able to figure out the problem and guided me with easy to follow directions on how to fix the problem. 10/10 service.

Absolutely thrilled with the speed and helpfulness of the folks at Apex. Since I am new to hosting a Minecraft server, I needed some help with noob problems. The chat system has been excellent, and I have had almost NO wait time between starting a chat, and getting help from tech support. Also had a billing SNAFU, which was handled very quickly.
Outstanding! If we expand, we will definitely being using Apex!
