best server hoster ever
this is actually the best server hoster I have ever used. the 24/7 support makes it 10 times better. I struggles a bit the first time I bought it because there was an error and I emailed them, they were so nice the whole time and they guided me through it

Best Support I've ever gotten
I struggled for a day to try and upload my singleplayer world onto my server because I thought I could do it myself but I was wrong. So I messaged the support asking for help and they stepped in full force. Eve Hawkthorne helped me and talked me through everything for a good half hour until I was clear and had everything setup. 10/10 Support. Thank you Apex for making this all easy.

Technical support
I spoke to a technician called Allan because I had a question about updating my server and the technician called Allan.
From there Allan helped me and made sure that everything is 100% clear and easy and made sure that if I still needed help with anything else they would help me through any problems that I have.

I am new to server management and struggled a lot to use the plugins I needed, not being familiar with permissions and other basics. I registered to 4 different hosts to quickly realise that Apex was delivering an outstanding customer support while the 3 others just did not reach any decent standard. Instant answers, wise problem analysis and perfect etiquette. I can only recommend this host to everyone.

best hosting company out there
I switched to Apex from another hosting company because their tech support was horrid and have been extremely happy I did so. The speed is better, and the tech support is incredible.
And I AM a support tech, though not for Minecraft, and have been for 30+ years. So I know what to expect from someone sitting on the support desk. I'm pretty laid back, I know how stressed out customers can be, but I still expect the techs to either know what they are doing, or know it's time to transfer to someone else and not to have to ask them to do so.
Apex meets all of my expectations 100%.
