Once a great hosting company, now just good
Been hosting with Arvixe since 2010 and have been pretty happy. In last 6 months, it is harder to reach tech support chat and tickets take too long to be resolved. Email is a disaster - blacklist nightmare. 100MB memory limit on Asp.Net sites is too low

Do you want cheap webhosting? Do you want RELIABLE (100 percent, in my experience) web hosting? Then you want Arvixe. How about realtime tech support (for when YOU goof something up)? Then you want Arvixe. I can't praise them enough.

Never had a Complaint... Site has always been up... Occaisionally had to calll customer service tech dept with small issue and they our really no help but overall very happy

Too much downtimes
At my plan there are too much co-hosted sites, which frequently abuse mysql database or exceed number of processes. In these cases my site is not reachable. I had to implement my own watchdogs because Arvixe doesn't monitor these problems!

Used them all this is the best hosting service
After managing websites since 1998 and tried them all.
Have previously used at least 20 different hosting services, I have used all of the top 10 services.
We started using Arvixe three years ago, no need to look any father this is the best by far.

Terrible experience
I have been a customer for over a year. The support is a joke. My website would be regularly down for days and weeks with me following-up on Support tickets without any progress.
Private Java hosting is a joke - crashes all the time.

Moving to another Work-In-Progress
Used Arvixe for one year. Nov 2011-Apr 2012 have been the worst. But you get what you pay for. Am working to move some test domains to another company to begin rebuilding my business website to be something that is more portable.

They have a bad service and a bad attituted. If you are serious with your site for doing business DO NOT USE Arvixe. If they suspended your account you maybe gonna have like a week with your account in that way. Poor server protection. No Recommend it.
