Been having Arvixe as my hosting provider for about 2 months or so now. I can say that the technology, bandwidth, and servers in general are cutting edge. The customer service support has been OK

I have been on arvixe for just over a year now. I signed up for a 2yr plan, and that was a mistake. Things were fine for the first 3-4 months, but after that it all has gone down hill. Lot of down time and customer service acts like mindless robots
Company Response: We're sorry for the experience. Management will be contacting you shortly. Your server is showing at 100% uptime for quite a while. So, there is certainly an issue we need to work with you on if you are not satisfied with your uptime.

Arvixe was a great choice, BUT now it seems, that they have too many customers & that their server can't handle it any more... some error or other always pops up....

Not happy with service at all. Hosting it because OpenCart recommended them. Not sure why they would do it as the service does not seem to be reliable. Site goes down all the time. How would one expect to run an ecommerce site if the site is not even up?

Not reliable. The performance is bad very often. Even a static page with only several sentences and no picture got minutes to load it.
Recently the site does even down frequently.

Arvixe degraded dramatically lately. We are loosing a lot of business due to the service outages, including IIS, SQL, lost emails. QA: some guys are very good, others have no clue. There is no working email notification on service outages.

DO NOT USE!!! I've been using them since 7/26/2011 and on 8/18/11 to today 1/27/12, I've sent 40 emails to them trying to get issues resolved. 8/18, my websites (2 of them) were down for 8 days. Response is bad - 12 hours to get a reply. QA - Joke!!!!

Used them for a year and a half now. I run a few sites that are not mission critical on Windows shared hosting plan with MSSQL. Next to no downtime and good overall performance. Control panel is detailed enough to allow full control. I'd recommend.
