Service is horrible. Spent 3 weeks troubleshooting DNS for them, multiple e-mails, multiple calls, finally got the problem fixed and my sites accessible after 4 weeks. 1 month and still no SVN setup. Looking for a new hosting provider.

Company Response: I'm sorry for the issue. Please note that your account is on Windows and we don't provide SVN hosting on Windows. However, you should always feel free to email qa .at. arvixe.com to get your issues resolved quickly by upper management.

Frequently down for brief periods of time. Posting a notification on the arvixe website that they are working on an issue and a possible expected return to service time would reduce tech calls in these instances.

I think their service has deteriorated over the last 12 months, Performance seems slower. My site was also hacked and the first response from from customer service was "it must have been your fault" not how can we help you. Was excellent, now just OK.

The uptime is awesome, the only times it went blank was due to my own fooling around with some plugins. I live in China and the loading time is much faster comparing that of GoDaddy. The tech support could be better.
