Arvixe is the best!!
They are the cheapest I found (and a quick Google search will bring up coupon codes to get even cheaper), but more importantly to me, their customer service has always been quick, responsive and really interested in helping me.

We just started with Arvixe having migrated a site from another host. The migration went much smoother than I expected. Their tech support has been responsive though best when you can get them on the phone.

Best suggestions I can make are in a mail I'll send soon, case you had time, clearing also why I care help u or some keys I trust far not to care pay old 600 plan with half price similar plan, more crowded but unlimted, & some keys could made me leave.
