I run several nopCommerce websites on Arvixe . They have consistently poor server performance making my sites unusable. My best site has an average response time of 3385ms! Tech support is kind and responsive but unhelpful. Looking to move elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever. Jr. Tech support team cannot solve anything. Do not host here. Waste of time and money.

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SERVICE. Poor tech support, poor customer service...iffy uptime.

Technical support is extremely good. Best I have ever encountered. But often server speed is poor.

I transferred from shared to VPS Prp on February 27. The transfer wasn't completed until March 15. They lost track of my purchase. I believe the company originates out of Pakistan although they have an "office" in San Diego. Buyer beware! Support abysmal!

Company Response: I am sorry you had issues. As discussed on Facebook, an e-mail was sent from Arvixe for confirmation that had no response. Once we had your confirmation we moved the account that day. The company is an American company, with some techs in other countries.

Good value for money, support were next to useless, and my site was VERY slow . 2 months of trying to get my site running well on Arvixe server, I moved. Deleting the site from Arvixe took forever, slow HDD? But not what my plan said, or what I paid for.
