Good price but that is about all the pros. I have 4 websites (ASP.Net) hosted at Arvixe that have gone down twice and again today . Last support ticket took 3 days to respond. Web sites horribly slow.

Company Response: I am sorry you had service issues. We do have 24/7 phone support where you can call and get an update on your ticket. Some issues can take a while to be fixed as we work to make sure the issue does not happen again, not just solve the current situation.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I have been with this company for 2-3 years. The first year was great! After that, everything went to hell. Uptime is horrible and support takes days. One of the servers I host sites on has been down for 20 hours now.

Company Response: I am sorry you had service issues. We do have 24/7 phone support to talk with right away. Some issues can take a while to be fixed as we work to make sure the issue does not happen again, please note this is not a normal occurrence.

Tech support was good - there was a problem at their end and they fixed it while chatting. Same thing with a billing/domain issue - fixed it in real time. Responsive and good value.
