Great, fast service, and I haven't had any downtime yet. Some moments are definitely slower than others, but it never is too slow to use.

As for negative side, they dont deal with windows hosting atm.

Almost every feature I could want as a casual PHP developer (domains/email/server settings/database); smart, fast support, though rarely needed
