In the past year my email account hosted by them bounces any email sent to me for several days, and I can't receive anything from gmail users. My help ticket has been ongoing for months with no resolution and I have to re-explain the issue each time.
Company Response: Claire, greetings. As we discussed the issue within ticket DOF-417835 (Email bouncing) was related to rate limits on other party sender's server, beyond our network.

Just started hosting my site with hfw last month and tbh am very happy with the vps they provide, tech support is swift and accurate, they even helped me when i fluffed something up without any costs or angry emails, thanks hfw, keep it up :D

The help files on their website don't cover basics. Even advanced users have problems
