used to be good, now there's no tech support. they fired everyone good and hired one guy who handles all the tickets, knows nothing and more than that gives you an attitude. We will be moving soon, if there's no change

After changing many webhosting companies I have found hostforweb. What I love most? A super-mega-fast chat response. No kidding and no kissing anyones butt. Anyone knows how to sell but this guys know how to MAINTAIN a client also.

Everything is good except the customer support. All they tell you is no that can not be done. They should at least give you work arounds. Also they do not know unix very well.

Hostforweb WAS good once. After 5 years I'm leaving. Constant downtime now, support that used to be good not says 'submit a ticket' and just overall a huge slide in service. The term Has Been is very appropriate here. Good once, but now they really suck

Finally found it - troubles free hosting, love support, friendly techs.

COnstant E-mail problems. E-mail not getting to me or my clients and e-mail they send doesnt get thru. I have never had more problems with e-mail in my life.
Tech support says there is no problem.
Moving 3 accounts to another webhost as a result.
