I am a new user, less than a week. I've had several simple questions and have asked those using the chat service provided. My expeience has not been good so far, the person I am communicating with does not really answer my questions, any ideas?

I completely agree with the previous review by Florent Moure. I have been with HostforWeb for years and NEVER had a problem until I moved to a VPS/ dedicated server. It is ALWAYS going down. ALWAYS. Customer server is excellent though.

Very good service. I had a Reseller account for last 4 years, recently upgraded to a VPS. Servers are fast and very reliable (no downtimes at all), price is excellent. Tech support replies in 15 mins any day/hour. Recommended!

You guys have some serious customer service issues. All I wanted to do was upgrade my hosting package. After being disconnected and then connected to the wrong person, I was informed that I had to use email to accomplish this. Very bad representation.

Company Response: Mike, I am sorry you think it was something wrong, however accounts upgrades are possible only via online upgrade forms for security reasons, a process of verification, and secure data submission is requred. Its all done for your own safety.
