Good Security
Recently, our server was hacked. InMotion Hosting quickly stopped the hacked connection, blocked the IP address from the offending computer, reloaded affected documents with backups and reset our password. I am glad that they were able to act so quickly.

Account disabled with no notice or explanation
One minute all was well, the next our web site, email and FTP were disabled. We found out when a customer called to see if we were still in business. InMotion claimed there was a problem with one email account, but disabled everything with no notice.

I've been using InMotion to host my sites for over 3 years. Reliability has been excellent. But it's the support department that really sets Inmotion apart. 24/7 live support by knowledgeable people who are patient with my learning curve.

Frustration...
Called tech support... I spent 20 minutes on hold... then I spent another 25 minutes trying to verify my account with the Tech... I finally hung up in disgust, without even addressing the problem I called about.
I am looking for a new host.

Hacked
My site was hacked. The InMotion team was on top of it and let me know right away. The technician was patient and was able to restore the site back to its original condition. They seem to be on top of things and kept me in the loop. Good Job!
