I am paying for a website that gets no maintenance as I am not knowledgable about maintaining a website and keeping it up to date, and paying for a service Im not getting.

I did not even have a chance to call them and they knew something was wrong with my account and I received a call brom ther technical group explaining what theproblem was how they were going to fux it and it was done before I got off the phone.
