Always there when I need them
I can call or chat and am getting a real customer service rep - not just somebody that answers the phone or monitors 20 chats at one time. (You know the type.) They're actually helpful even when I'm an idiot. I hope they don't change with growth.

Ignored Request To Upgrade Apache 2.4
When I asked to be upgraded to the new Apache, the support person told me that the new version wasn't available even though I had sent him the link with the new updates. I resent the links to show him that it had been available since April of this year.

I have called in a few times and have always received excellent service. Highly recommend this USA based company. I called on a Sunday morning and found quick resolution of my issue for changing the MX record and the rep was excellent.

I am amazed at how wonderful the tech support is at helping people. Granted I only call when I have problems logging in to my cPanel. However these people are so nice and helpful.

I recently got hosting from InMotion. They guided me through everything from changing my blogger blog to Wordpress all the way to finding a guide on how to redirect blogger to wordpress.
