We've using InMotion Hosting for over a year. Their customer service has been great. Servers have been a little slow. Overall, pretty happy.

My credit card on file with the company had gone out of date. I was unable to log in from where I was, and sent an email to customer support wanting to be able to call in the change. Within minutes, I had an email response.

Good and fast Service with life chat - I'm a happy customer. It is not the cheapest service on the market - as you are limited to 6 domains per account - but the best I had so far. Everything worked perfectly for me.

Called 6 times within 2hours-they were always respectful
I needed a lot of times to call, as I was setting up something new. The wait time was less than 3 min (max) and they answered my questions each time and stayed with me until I got it right.

The Customer Support rep quickly told me what I need to know. He was all help and no hassle. The problem was in my ISP, and it got resolved quickly: I don't know how much InMotion actually had to do with that, but the whole experience left me impressed.
