Good Support for Technically Savvy People
As long as you have the ability to fix almost all issues on your own, InMostion Hosting support is adequate. Having said that, if you have an issue beyond your skill level, it's almost always better to go directly to your web development team.

Adding Videos to Webpages
Normally support is quite good. Unfortunately, the support documentation around putting a video onto a website is weak. I will add my comments to the support file so others will know how to do this in a couple of simple steps.
