Contact tech support, my web site was down. It was nice that they could tell me that their server had mutiple hard drive failure. They were honest. it is back up now:)
A wish: IMH could give out mean time to faiure on HD's = Mfg & type & size, IMH uses.

Inmotion Hosting was great until...
Inmotion Hosting was a great hosting firm until July 7, 2012 when my site was suddenly and without notice suspended. The e-mail I received from you explained that it was because my site was receiving "too much traffic." You should have at least warned me.

Not Quite Unlimited
I've so far had my account suspended about 5 times because it was being hit by spiders. Honestly, the service has been very disappointing. My site has been down over 30 hours in the past week due to suspension for spidering.
