Suspended Service

We had our service suspended this week on Monday, August 6. No one was notified except via email and the email was down so there was no way or us to know what was going on. In the future, DO NOT SUSPEND our SERVICE under any circumstances.

Sawyer in support was great when I had a problem
I hadn't logged into the control panel in months and couldn't get where I needed to go. Even though it was late at night, Sawyer was available by chat, and when that died he answered the phone. Saved me a lot of frustration.

Everything is perfect!
The only thing that could make it better is if it were free, but when service is a spot on as this, you don't mind paying. Customer service is always available, always polite, and always fixes it without making me feel like the nontechnical moron I am!

Requests for reviews are annoying - but . . .
Even when they're deserved I hate getting requests for reviews. It's just one more email to take up time I don't have. I invest this time and review without regret or resentment. Inmotion - you're worth the effort. I highly recommend them in every dept.
