This company is horrible - do not use them!!
This company is AWFUL - do NOT use them.They disconnected my toll-free/tracking # off for NO reason and have been unable, after 4 days of losing hundreds of dollars in business to get our number working again. It is impssible to talk to a supervisor.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! Do not sign up for their free trial!! I got so screwed--found out over year later it was not cancelled and I was being billed. It took days of calling to cancel. They sympathized with error but said NO REFUND! JERKS!

THIS COMPANY SUCK BIG TIME, they get your details, build you a crappy template without your correct information, take it live, charge you for a shopping cart, that is not even set up or configured on your site than just bill the CRAP out of you

This company is truly terrible at everything they do. Despite 5 attempts and numerous hours on the telephone, they were unable to do replicate the 5 main pages of my simple Dreamweaver existing site. Efforts to cancel were ridculous. AVOID!!!

My reason for canceling my account with web.com was because they didn't make the changes on my site that I wanted. Every time I called the support staff told me different information. The hold times are very long to speak to someone.
