Had to go to my bank to dispute $1,000 in charges. since my cancellation during the FREE trial period. When explained to them, Web.Com refused to refund, even with documentation. Just go to your bank for refund or better, don't order in the first placc

BEWARE!!!!
this company has stolen almost $300 from my company! I had to cancel my credit card so they would stop charging me for the CRAPPY site they "designed". They didn't get any of my info correct, not even my company's name!!! STAY AWAY!

Don't use "Gorrila Marketiing"
Wish I had read these reviews before "biting". This company has got to be a scam. As the other reviews state... they do nothing and it is impossible to "simply cancel by calling". Endless wait time and disconnects. Truly horrible. Must be a scam???

Don't give them your credit card info!!
Web.com is horrible!! Don't use them. They told us they could build us a site for us just like our old one, and then after billing our card, told us that it cost extra for more pages, more images, etc...They won't stop billing us!

Web.com does not answer emails.
Technical support is aweful.
Have not been able to access site changes. $100 a month for a generic web site that does not have correct information on it.

Gorrilla Marketing is a joke
Do not use Web.com for Gorilla Marketing. They do nothing and add no value. When you try to cancel, their customer service is non-existent Signing up is easy. Cancelling is impossible. I have been on hold for 6-8 hrs trying to cancel. Avoid at all costs.

i am trying to sell a product not have a comic book page on the web. I have been on hold 2 hrs waiting for someone to answer so i can cancel this mess.

They Suck!!!
I have spent 6-7 hours and 3 days on the phone and my web site still is not working. I have called and asked to speak to a supervisor, they were busy, and I left a call back number and they never called back. Long story short, they suck!!!

Read the reviews. They are just awful.Wast of your money.
The TV ads look great. The sales people tell promise you the world. The site they create is infantile, and not at all what you ask for. They deliver nothing. Don't waste your time.
