Terrible service, it took me 3 weeks to have a username and password sent to me. Nobody had a clue of what they were doing. One employee told me to fax my drivers license in to managesrs after I did that, another employee said that wasent good enough.

My web site was down for 14 hours once because there was no one at the facility where my server was hosted after 6pm. The worst customer service in the industry.

Server downtime is simply outrageous. Their server goes down every other week, and I need to contact their clueless outsourced customer support everytime. Sorry, but I cannot recommend their service.
