we had a site already and all these people were post to do was pull the content out of this and install this into the site they were building, they completly screwed everything, a kindagardener could have done better, do not use there people,

I'm starting out. I've read all the reviews. The initial free offer sounds awesome. The $13 for a linux server sounds great too. I expect to run into problems from the reviews I've read. I've seen the three positive reviews too. Will post again.

The worst! They will lie and sell you a "custom designed" website and then give you a cheap template. They use inexperienced people that don't know what they're doing. They will sell you a "mobile" site that is nothing more that a phone and email link.

The website was full of typos when published. Customer service is the WORST, they'll tell you they are transferring you, then put you on indefinite hold. GO ELSEWHERE - NOT EVEN WORTH THE FREE DESIGN!

We use the email service. It appears they lost 3/4 of our email addresses! Reps have no idea what they are doing. My last contact resulted in over an hour of being on hold and speaking with four different people. They could not log onto my dashboard.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their billing system is so convoluted even their own customer service people can't give you accurate information about when you'll be billed. Two of my bank accounts have now been charged insufficient funds fees, USE GODADDY

I decided to pay $95 so they could design my website for me because the site builder was too difficult to use. Their "professional web design" looked just like what I made. SetMySite.com was way better. Web.com is a waste. Save your money
