This company is worst than your enemies. They will kill you and your business eventually. And 24 hour support is a scam. They have no idea what is happening and will give very general copy & past responses like We do apologies for the inconvenience caused

I have used them since Feb 09. Downtime has increased in the last 6 months - up till then it seemed negligible. As my website issue seems to traffic, not website reliability I have stuck with them. I am now looking at alternatives.

My website experiences downtime daily. They told me it's my ISP filtering the site (as they tell many others). But it's not my isp, I've tested.

Customer service sucks. They blame YOU for any problem you have.

I finally realised I am not alone. I paid for the 'extreme' service offered by 3ix and found out the hard way. Their service is the worst you can imagine. The tech help person on their chat window never responds on time and the downtime is horrid.

I would not recommend them. So what if they are reasonably priced? I found out the hard way. Their support is terrible and respoonse time is long.

I have 2 sites currently hosted thru 3IX, every single morning till about 1pm EST my site is down, without fail, no email, and the idiots behind the tech support desk claim it is my internet connection, and that my ISP is filtering the site, worst ever

Service is patchy. When all is running OK you don't think about it, but when things go wrong you have a 50% chance of getting useful help. Quite often the fix is "try again in an hour or so". Plagued with "Disk Full" errors, and they never explain why.

I have had nothing but issues with 3ix! My site went down .. as usual and I then found my site in Google using the cpanel as title and description and not my site. My top page rank in google as now been lost! Well doe you idiots at 3ix!

I have a few websites hosting with 3ix. The websites are always down. i have to contact their support centre every other day. They do respond to your queries but problems are never solved. They are cheap but not reliable. My advice is, don't use them.
