LOVE 3ix
I have my website with 3ix for almost a year and its incredible, cheap ,reliable with very supportive help desk. Love to be with 3ix. Never go to other big money suckers at all.

Totally Useless. Worst Nightmare
Paid for dedicated IP & SSL. Never implemented. No refund. They try to blame me!!! Support ignorant & cant solve anything. Do work with their partner reselleris.com - equally useless. No backups

Now the worst host
A couple years ago 3ix used to be the best host around but now they are among the worst, if not the worst. They no longer do any backup!!! Imagine - a host with no backup. Their support us totally clueless and almost unbelievable. They lie about problems

Spam server
Have been using 3iX for a long time, but the support and quality is going down at the moment
Mail server is blocked as spam server by many other mail servers such as spamcop.net, SPAMCANNIBAL, BARRACUDA, SORBS-SPAM
Now waiting long time for dedicate IP

Tech Support SUCKS
Their tech support never got me a REAL solcution all they do is give you ways around and blaming on you trying to make you look stupid.
The Tech support team is like 12 years old kids from over seas that don't even know what are they doing.

worst experience
worst experience ever. most of my mails where not reaching the customer. in few cases customer mails were not reaching us. So I decided to switch to google app hosting. I had to follow up 3 days to get it done. they don't respond to email properly.

Cheap & Nasty
Paid for a domain that I couldn't upload my website to; got pathetic tech support & billing are basically illiterate. Refused to refund my space fee because it was outside the 30 day money back guarantee. STAY With local Australian providers - superior.

No emails, no website and 3ix no more ?????
Went to retrieve my emails tonight - 26 May. Nothing. tried to send an email to myself - won't go. Checked my website - it's down. Tried to tell 3ix of the problem - their website is down too. In short, I'm REALLY worried.
