been with 3ix for a few years now. I regret not looking for alternatives earlier, random downtimes are a real major pain in the neyrk, if ys know what i mean

their 24 *7 support is very true . click for live chat and u will find a technical person available but yup u have to do it on daily basis because website goes down daily with different reasons daily . it will damage ur business . worst than worst ever

The worst hosting service over internet. They started to make our site suspended each single day, when visitors type our site in web browser, they get "This account has been suspended"! Just to force us to move to another host, and to get rid of us!

I had them back in 2008. Reading the problems now others are having is like looking to carbon copy of myself.

I tried to sue them, but we could never get a hold of anyone.

This company is worst than your enemies. They will kill you and your business eventually. And 24 hour support is a scam. They have no idea what is happening and will give very general copy & past responses like We do apologies for the inconvenience caused

I have used them since Feb 09. Downtime has increased in the last 6 months - up till then it seemed negligible. As my website issue seems to traffic, not website reliability I have stuck with them. I am now looking at alternatives.

My website experiences downtime daily. They told me it's my ISP filtering the site (as they tell many others). But it's not my isp, I've tested.

Customer service sucks. They blame YOU for any problem you have.

I finally realised I am not alone. I paid for the 'extreme' service offered by 3ix and found out the hard way. Their service is the worst you can imagine. The tech help person on their chat window never responds on time and the downtime is horrid.
