3ix.org / HostFast Group the worst service in the world
I have been a loyal customer of HostFast Group, support-billing.com, and 3ix.org for almost 18 years, but to be honest, the services have deteriorated so much over the last 5 years that it is no longer possible to stay with this company. Due to complete dysfunctionality, I was forced to move all my domains to another provider. On average, the servers were up less than 30% of the time, which is an absolutely unusable service for a company that wants to present its services on the Internet. The advertised 98% availability from 3ix.org is a completely unrealistic utopia that has never been fulfilled. On average, the website worked less than 30% of the time, with hourly outages every day. Every day, I had to complain about these outages, exceeding access limits due to zero protection against bots, etc. Nothing works, absolutely nothing. Website protection doesn't work, a billion spam messages, daily outages, the website didn't work most of the day, and this happened every day. Absolute madness. Uploading content to the servers took half a day, hours and hours, there were many interruptions due to connectivity outages, and everything had to be uploaded again and again, even though I have a 500 Mbps internet connection, often even faster. I absolutely do not understand why the owners of 3ix.org and other companies that are part of the group do not try to maintain at least some standard, do not invest in the system, and prefer such a terrible, devastating decline in services. I recommend that all potential clients avoid this service, which does not work and is completely dysfunctional. For me, after 18 years, the service is completely dead... I strongly and emphatically warn against using the services of this provider.

2ix is a terrible company
I wonder how they still manage to be in business till now. They stole my hundreds of dollars. They claims to have 30 days money back guarantee with no questions asked. That's all bullcrap. Thats how I got scammed

Terrible Customer Service
I received an email from 3ix stating that my web hosting account had been suspended because I had failed to respond to a phishing complaint within 72 hours. I never received an email stating there was a problem. I attempted to find out specifically what was wrong, but all 3ix would say was the account was suspended due to phisihing, and it would cost $50 to have the suspension removed. Without knowing what the specific problem was, and without being able to access the hosting account due to the suspension, it was clear I would be subject to future suspensions. This was such an unusual situatiopn I wondered if this was a scam.

At any rate, I realized 3ix is not a competent company and that I would have to move all of my domains and hostings accounts to another provider.

Avoid 3iX at all costs
Completely and utterly INCOMPETENT. Too many issues to list... Their customer service is non-existent. They do not seam to understand basic enquiries and will just send generic answers to everything. UTTER RUBBISH. I'm glad to move my site and domain

Worst provider
3ix are shocking in every way. Our website has been down for over 24hours because they can't get a server up and they have no backup solution in place. On top of this their support is terrible, they are rude and completely unresponsive.

Terrible
Been a user since 2006, it was ok until the last year or so, the reliability has gotten really, really poor. Totally unacceptable for a static page to take 5-10 seconds before it even begins to load! FTP regularly times out! Avoid! I gave up on them today
