Terrible Customer Service
I received an email from 3ix stating that my web hosting account had been suspended because I had failed to respond to a phishing complaint within 72 hours. I never received an email stating there was a problem. I attempted to find out specifically what was wrong, but all 3ix would say was the account was suspended due to phisihing, and it would cost $50 to have the suspension removed. Without knowing what the specific problem was, and without being able to access the hosting account due to the suspension, it was clear I would be subject to future suspensions. This was such an unusual situatiopn I wondered if this was a scam.
At any rate, I realized 3ix is not a competent company and that I would have to move all of my domains and hostings accounts to another provider.
