Apex Hosting
Either my server had issues or the setup on the VPS was wrong. Running DW20 1.7 on 4GB of ram was always out of ram and hitting lag spikes. Moved to another host and manually set to 3 of my 4 GB and only use 2.5G at most. Bad service get what you pay for.
