Sawyer was good but Dustin let me down :(
Trouble configuring Outlook for the CEO of my company. We were switching to IMAP. I had to make 2 calls because Dustin said "I don't use outlook I use thunderbird." <-- WTH? I called back and Sawyer figured it out by checking the settings.

We are happy with InMotion Hosting generally. About once every few months the network goes down - along with it our business e-mails. In these times, the Twitter account alerts us to problems, or the Chat lets us vent to a helpful and nice support person.

Across the board, InMotion Hosting hits it out of the park. I've hosted with them for 3 years and their presence is transparent while their performance is outstanding. Tech Support is always on the ball, wait times are acceptable, and they're patient.

Addons and general usage
Using InMotion for about a year now...georgiesmusic.com. I created an add-on domain with their help and to my surprise was informed that I had access to 4 more websites under my "main" domain name. Great service, quick response, very professional.

InMotion is by far the worst hosting company I have had since 1994 when I first started having web sites. Down tiime, crashed servers, lame excuses, hacked servers, all have happened on their service. This lastest "unscheduled' down time was over 4 hours
