AVOID AVOID!
They charged more $92/month on credit cards, despite asking them to cancelled it in April 2013, then November 2013. Finally, I have contacted the BBB yesterday and I want my money back ( more than 1,000 in 15 months) they should be on jail.

Big mistake
Signed up for the 50cents a month offer then got no login email and no response to my support emails. And they charged me $14.95 instead of the advertised 50cents. They cannot be contacted and won't respond to my emails. Very unprofessional - steer clear.

WORST web builder host service EVER. SCAMMY!
I have had nothing but aggravation with WEB.COM. I feel like they trap and scam customers. 6 months after purchase and after paying $114 per month there is no visible presence on google. Even to start DOI they will charge $1000. Bad consumer choice.

Unethical Fraudulent Accounts
I receive phone calls from Web.Com telling me there is a fraudulent account started with my name, address and phone number used as the contact info. I attempted to close the account, but as I do not know the password (duh) they are unable to comply.

Unable to cancel EworksXL at $114 a month
I joined them thru Legalzoom promotion in June 2013. They assisted me per their advertisement building a webpage in 30 days. For $114 a month I would get regular support and google placement. Didn't happen and unable to cancel now.

Poorly Run Company Looks For Ways to Steal
They're money grubbing thieves, highly manipulative in removing the web domain control panel and manual acces to auto renewal. I felt they took my domain hostage in attempt to increase over double renewal fees to $37. Time consuming red tape.
