Absolutely the worst.service.ever...no, seriously, ever!
Great start with Network Solutions...then, with no notification, my account was sold in pieces to Web.com, SolidCactus(wtf), and part still with Network Solutions. I spent almost 14 hours on the phone to find out who is charging and for what. Hard to cxl.

I attempted to have web.com design me a web site. What a joke!! They ripped me off. Designed a cheesey ass site that had nothing in it that i wanted then charged my credit card!! The phone number they listed on mywebsite had no idea whos number it was??

Web.com is only good at billing, charging and collecting! Choose another host! This is almost a scam operation! Don't waste your time and money like I did

They will steal your money
offered me free facebook page for 30 days. 2 days later billed $200 which was not mentioned. Immediately called to cancel and get refund. Was told it would take 5-7 bus. days to get money refunded (BS). Now been 14 business days and no refund.

used this site so I could build my own webpage, they got $5.90 from me yesterday, they called me today trying to get me to pay them $304.00 a month, I found this review site today, called bank closed debit card so they cant charge anymore. Dont use them !

Fraudulant company
A scam! I contacted them to set up a new website. They said I had a 30 day free trial. I didn't like the services and cancelled prior to 30 days. They billed me anyway and won't give me my money back after many calls. They tried to auto bill me unauthoriz

I signed up with this company for one domain ,and they started billing my credit card with 13 dollars every month.I did not agree on that and needed to close that card at the bank due to their scamming methods.

Fraudulent
I signed up with web.com for a 'build your own' website for $2.95/mo. which turned out to be 24.90/mo. Nowhere in the set-up process is this amount mentioned. This constitutes fraud and I cancelled their services and my payment.
