False advertising at 4.95 mo Then the hidden fee's hike up to 34$ a month. Then They will hold your Domain Name captive if you do not pay the misleading fee's!!!

Bad Bad company
The same with me. I am with them 2 days and first thing I noticed is that there is no prices. They have intorductory price, which is 2-4$ but after that they will charge you 30$. And that's not all. There is a lot of troubles cancelling subscription.

registered a couple of URLs. after providing my contact info I started receiving phone calls pitching their other services. Asked to be on the no-call list after the last call in early December. today received another call from my account manager. ugh

I WAISTED TIME AND MONEY
This was absolutely a BIG waste of time and MONEY.Customer service was excellent so good I held off one more month before cancelation. This company haven't sent me one customer.I would like to help another struggling business by leaving this, STOP!!!!

Please read the reviews before doing any business with this company, sounds like a professional but it is a big joke ,I was with them for one year to optimize my business but nothing happened ,every time I called them they promised me that it will be rank

Never even received an confirmation email
I join web.com with high hopes, thanks to toptenwebsitehosting.co.uk, but after I gave my credit card details and paid... I never even received my confirmation email with my account details. I rang them and they said it could take four days! 2 weeks ago!

Fraud, Lies, theft, and horrible customer service -
It didn't take too long within the initial phone call to realize there was false statements and fraudulent advertising so I told the person I want to cancel already. He refused to cancel the order even though its a 30 day free trial!

FRAUDSTERS
Web.com are nothing but fraudsters. The phone numbers they provide for Australian customers are false numbers. They are not contactabale by phone at all.
Had to cancel my Credit card o ensure they took no further payments.

Absolutely the worst.service.ever...no, seriously, ever!
Great start with Network Solutions...then, with no notification, my account was sold in pieces to Web.com, SolidCactus(wtf), and part still with Network Solutions. I spent almost 14 hours on the phone to find out who is charging and for what. Hard to cxl.
