You have my review with 3 stars with web.com...NOOOOOOOO take the stars off no rating at all. This company almost ruined my business with their lousy standards and tech support. Dumped all my web pages .I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Worst Thieves Ever
I was unknowingly able to build 31 pages of my Website on Web.com and when I called in to get some help with setting up the shopping cart they wiped out all my work, charged me a bunch of money and blocked my access to the website building tools.

Still charging credit card years after "canceling"
Where's the class action lawsuit? This company is a scam. You cannot cancel online - they make you call them, then put you on hold for hours, then finally say you are canceled - then continue to charge your credit card. Let's get the lawsuit going!

I contacted the support 4 times I've got more than 12 hours later crap answer on how to fix my problem. after 6 emails exchanged and 24 hours lost I give up. anyway very disappointed for the price asked compare to others.

About 2 months ago I started paying $5 for a website. Now they charge me $28 a WEEK, I am going to my bank and setting up a blockade.

Stealing money by selling hosting service.
Three months ago I hired hosting at web.com and I must pay $12.55 for hiring it a year. But right after that every month they charge me $12.55 and deduct it right from my credit card. When I complained they didn't give any response up to now. It's Fraud

GOT ME ALSO.
I tried web.com for 2 days, had to cancel. I soon received a $7.95 charge on my credit card. Tthe next month I received a charge of $19.95 neither charge stated what these were for. I called and was told I agreed to the terms which are many pages long.

24/7 Technical Support Useless
everything is perfect for us we are using as a reseller since 2001 but now their 24/7 technical support totally useless i really don't know they will improve their 24/7 technical support i am really happy because of Timothy Birch and Gina both r helpful

Web.com is a scamming website company
I was a client of web.com for a hold year; doing that time the work they did on my website was very unprofessional they wouldn't be a good website company to do business with to get a website build by. I pay them hundreds of dollars to help me build one.
