scam artist worst experience ever
They are complete scam artists when it comes to SEO. They took my page 1 ranking with google and after they were done "promoting" my site, I could not be found until after page 12. Don't believe their hyped Ads and KEEP AWAY from them! No support either.

it said that you can get a refund in 30days
but you can't even do a cancellation!!
I think I did it alr but 7days later they took $49 from my CC
that made me have to block my CC !!

1 star is TOO MUCH
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Do NOT use this company. They WILL take your money and provide little to nothing in service. They have already charged over $250 to my credit card and have NO website running. Will have to cancel CC to make the charges stop!

scam dont do it
Wish i also read reviews. Had to take them to small claims to get my money back. They built the first page and told me i was responsible for the rest of the website. After a month of arguing with them they finally agreed to finish but it never worked.crap

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!
First off, the website they designed for me would have looked better if my 9 year old son would have done it. Their SEO performance is HORRIBLE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! SCAM ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Terrible service and support
No confirmation of purchase on sign-up, near impossible to cancel, no refunds. Terrible service, would not recommend it to my worst enemy. STEER CLEAR!

STAY AWAY!!!
The first thing they ask for is a cc#. When I asked why since there was to be no chage until we were satisfied with what they designed, they told me it was just to reserve your site name. 5 days later a $96 charge shows up on my acct. need I say any more?

Since starting my web page, they still have the wrong phone number on page. I have emailed them a few times and get no response.

I wish I read these reviews before signing on with them
No matter what service you purchase they seem to be all about trying to up-sell you more services that supposedly will lure more traffic to your website. And, although they provided the so-called "Professional" website, I had to re-do a lot of it myself.

You have my review with 3 stars with web.com...NOOOOOOOO take the stars off no rating at all. This company almost ruined my business with their lousy standards and tech support. Dumped all my web pages .I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
