Terrible
Never has a company brought me to this level displeasure. They lost our entire website/files, left an old platform of hosting open for no reason than to charge us $20 a month for something we didn't need/use, the reps could care less what you have to say

Do not use this service. They do nothing!!!
After 4 months and $400.00 in charges nothing was done and I received no results.
They did not make my site for free.
They did not market it.
They did not set up keywords.

I have had them 6 months web site has never been up web.com said it takes time I would have been better to have put ad in yellow pages\

Poor Reliability
In the last year, our site has been up and down multiple times. This year it has been down twice. Last time down for 1 week. They are now sort of up. They seem to go down multiple times a day and have lost changes to our pages.

Refund system is a rip-offCalled twice after cancell;was told refund would be processed but was not completed survey complaining of refund procedures contacted by Magpusao told refund immediately processed then email stating it will be two billing cycles

Chizzlers. Very difficult to use platform if you are not very tech savvy. Super convoluted process for cancelling your subscription.

Hello All we are reseller for web.com more than 10 years i have get all kind of support from them also we do not get any credit card issue .
we have around 200 domains with them some now a days problem their ticket response taken long time

Promote my website=NOT!
With the response I had from 6 months of my website, I'd have done better standing on the sidewalk with a sign. If the response is going to be low, I will go to a free website builder.

Scam company
Horrible! I cancelled the first month & they have continued to chg my card for 9 mos. even tho I have 3 "cancellation #'s" from them. Finally had to do a merchant block with my credit card co. Highly incompetent, scam co. we shd all file a class action

They added charges to my credit card that weren't part of our agreement. I went to my bank and cancelled the card.
